Job Opportunities

The ideal candidate will develop activities aiming to advertising campaign sales, placed in advertising spaces available inside the Manet platform, and will manage a customer portfolio. This portofolio will be shared with the corporate sales management.


The role is about carrying out the following tasks:

• Assignment and day-to-day management of a portfolio of active customers

• Commercial offers development

• Meetings with key clients and media centers

• New customer acquisition by means of PR+email, phone calls, meetings in the following market areas:

- restaurants

- luxury

- fashion

- shopping

- big brands

• Internal supervision and advertising campaing delivery check

• Achievement of turnover targets agreed with corporate sales management


In particular, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Knowledge and deep passion for the digital world

• Experience as an advertising sales account

• Notions and knowledge of display and mobile advertising

• Ability to relate to different levels of the company

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Good use of Office/iWork, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Available to transfers within Italy

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

• Ambition, enthusiasm and strong motivation, dynamicity and organizational skills

• Experience in CRM use


Other important skills:

• Experience in sales, preferably on digital products/services

• Personal contact network in media centers and direct clients

• Knowledge of / Experience on the luxury & fashion market

Il nostro team è alla ricerca di un Graphic Designer con forte creatività e passione per la progettazione di interfacce grafiche, user experience e comunicazione digitale.
La figura sarà inserita in un contesto dinamico e multidisciplinare (sales, marketing, software development), a diretto riporto del CMO, con l’obiettivo di supportare l’azienda nella comunicazione a 360°: brand identity, grafica per social media e web, creatività per campagne pubblicitarie e promozionali on/off line, newsletter, presentazioni, impostazione grafica della User Interface della soluzione sia per mobile che per desktop.


Principali attività/responsabilità:

• Fornire supporto al team di sviluppo software in materia di UX e UI

• Supportare il team nell’ideazione e nella realizzazione di campagne on/off line

• Realizzazione concept e grafiche/video per contenuti Social Media, Banner, Landing Page

• Realizzazione concept e grafiche per materiali offline (brochure, roll-up, ecc.).

• Sviluppo e realizzazione immagine coordinata corporate

• Creazione Newsletter e immagini /gif animate per social network

• Creazione e realizzazione di presentazioni delle soluzioni personalizzate per i clienti

• Ricerca e postproduzione di materiale fotografico per i diversi mezzi di comunicazione


Competenze professionali/tecniche:

• Diploma e/o Laurea o corso di studi in design grafico, design della comunicazione

• Esperienza professionale di almeno 3 anni come Graphic Designer in un’agenzia di comunicazione o azienda di sviluppo software

• Conoscenza dei principi della comunicazione visiva e capacità di proporre soluzioni grafiche

• Conoscenza dei principi di web design

• Conoscenza delle tecniche di stampa e dei materiali di stampa

• Conoscenza delle dinamiche Social Media, Advertising e Digital

• Buona conoscenza della Suite Adobe, in particolare:

• Adobe Illustrator per la progettazione di layout avanzati

• Adobe InDesign per l’impaginazione dei contenuti

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe XD

• Conoscenza di Microsoft Power Point e Word

• Design di interfacce (UI), possibilmente per app

• Conoscenza di HTML e CSS e di framework responsive (es. Bootstrap) per una progettazione consapevole dei layout web

• Conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese


Requisiti personali:

• Creatività e senso estetico

• Passione per il marketing e la comunicazione

• Passione per le dinamiche digitali e dell’innovazione

• Interesse per il design di user experience (UX)

• Precisione nell’esecuzione dei lavori e attenzione per i dettagli

• Capacità di gestire più progetti grafici nello stesso momento e rispetto delle scadenze

• Capacità di lavorare in team e con collaboratori esterni

• Orientamento al risultato.


Requisiti non fondamentali ma che completano il profilo

• Competenze nell’editing video e nel motion design

• Conoscenza dei programmi Premiere/After Effects per la realizzazione di video.

• Esperienza nella modifica (grafica) di temi WordPress

• Design di illustrazioni, gif, interfacce animate
